The founder and senior partner of Ery Yunasri & Partners, Ery brings significant legal expertise to RISCO, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, energy and mineral resources, corporate and structured finance, as well as direct and indirect investment in Southeast Asia.

Before establishing his own firm, Ery served as Corporate Finance Partner at Wiriadinata & Widyawan and as a seconded foreign lawyer at Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Australia. He holds an LL.M in International Law, from the Washington College of Law and Sarjana Hukum, University of Indonesia Law School. He is currently Adjunct Professor at the School of Law, University of Al-Azhar, Indonesia. Ery has been a member of the Indonesian Bar Association since 2002.
