Hari has an extensive Gas and LNG experience spanning more than 30 years. Prior to RISCO Hari has held many top senior roles within Pertamina including Head of LNG and Director of Gas. Hari brings a wealth of local and regional knowledge to the RISCO team.
Tom has more than two decades of resource industry management and investment banking experience in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Ken has a strong energy focused background. At RISCO Ken is responsible for deal origination, deal structuring, capital raising, executing, monitoring and exiting. Experienced in the energy sector both globally and locally. With a decade of experience in the areas of debt and structured commodity finance products, commodity trading and deal origination.
Teguh is a pioneer in the LNG shipping market. During a career spanning more than 20 years, he has led some of the region’s most successful shipping companies and notable transactions. Prior to joining RISCO, Tegu held senior positions at Humolco Trans, PT Humpuss Intermoda and Trada Maritime. Most recently, he was President Director of Hanochem Shipping, a JV between an Indonesian company and Mitsui OSK Lines, which was an integral part in the first cabotage LNG transportation in Indonesia.
Nugroho has over 30 years’ experience in the Indonesian Gas and LNG space from both a very hands on technical aspect to also commercial. Currently, Nugroho is a member of the Pertamina Gas’s advisor team helping out with commercial and development of relating projects in the Indonesia region.

Alex works in the business development and downstream commercial teams. He is responsible for all commercial and technical decisions and deal leadership with respect to downstream application projects. Alex has over 10 years’ experience in providing end-to-end tailored solutions for the power generation, oil and gas, and mining sectors, with specific expertise in diesel dual-fuel applications (DDF).
Irfano Adonis has almost a decade of experience as a corporate lawyer with specific expertise in mergers and acquisitions, licensing and corporate finance for the mining, oil and gas sectors. Fano is currently an Associate at Ery Yunasri & Partners in Jakarta, where provides advice to local and foreign clients on their onshore and offshore investment strategies.
Marie Antonette Quiogue is AG&P’s General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Transactions. She is a practicing attorney at the Romulo Law Firm since 2010, where she advises domestic and international clients on transactional, regulatory and licensing matters, mainly in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Quiogue specializes in negotiations, complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing and corporate restructuring. She is regarded an expert in her field, and has acted as a resource person for various government agencies in the areas of technology law.
Karthik Sathyamoorthy is the President of AG&P LNG Marketing. He previously worked for Galway Group where he was responsible for Galway’s operations globally. Before joining Galway Singapore in 2011, Karthik had extensive gas and LNG transactional and commercial experience working for Wood Mackenzie, HSBC and Crisil. Karthik has managed the development of new LNG import terminals, small-scale LNG, LNG ship scheduling, contracting and commercial negotiations across Southeast Asia, North Asia and Middle East.
